Chocolate cornflake cakes

Overview
If you get vegan cornflakes with a good texture, these are just like being a kid again.

Ingredients
50g butter
100g chocolate chunks
3 tbsp golden syrup
100g cornflakes
Method
Add the butter, soy milk, dark chocolate (broken into chunks), golden syrup to a glass bowl. Add the cornflakes into a larger bowl.
Bain-marie the butter, chocolate, golden syrup mixture until everything is melted.
Allow to cool a little before pouring over the cornflakes.
Gently stir the mixture together, then spoon into cupcake cases once incorporated.
Leave to set in the fridge.
