Snickers brownies

Overview

This has to be one of the best ways to combine chocolate and penut butter.

Ingredients

  • 100g butter

  • 170g caster sugar⁣

  • 90g plain flour⁣

  • 6 tbsp aquafaba

  • 50g cocoa powder ⁣

  • 1 tsp baking powder⁣

  • 160ml soy milk

  • 50g dark chocolate

  • 4 heaped tbsp crunchy peanut butter

Method

  1. Cream together the butter and sugar, slowly adding in the aquafaba and soy milk.⁣⁣

  2. Sieve flour, cocoa powder and baking powder into a bowl and mix.

  3. Transfer the dry ingredient mix into the wet and stir until a smooth batter has formed. Add in your chocolate chunks and fold through to ensure the chunks are evenly scattered throughout.⁣⁣

  4. Pour the mixture into a deep lined baking tray and swirl in the peanut butter.

  5. Place the tray in a preheated oven at 170°c and bake for 30-35 minutes. ⁣

  6. Once baked, set aside to cool, cut to your desired brownie bite size and top with a sprinkle of crushed salted peanuts. ⁣
