Tacos

Overview
It's so nice to eat mushrooms and not even have to acknowledge that you are eating mushrooms!

Ingredients
¾ tub of shiitake mushrooms
½ red onion
1 bell pepper
2 cloves garlic
2 chili peppers
1 can black beans
¾ can chopped tomatoes
½ tsp coriander
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp mild chili
½ tsp hot chili
1 tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp parprika
2 tsp tamari
1 piece dark chocolate
taco shells
lettuce
salsa
Method
Slice mushrooms and onion into chunks.
Fry on a low heat until soft, stirring continually so they don't burn.
Slice and add 1 bell pepper, stir until soft.
Dice garlic and chili peppers and add to pan.
Cook for a couple of minutes.
Rinse and drain beans, then add to pan.
Turn heat up a little and stir for a few minutes.
Sprinkle and mix the spices in.
Build tacos and serve.
